We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
If you would like to exchange any other item, please email us on email@example.com
Any exchanges must be sent back to us in original internal packaging, and in the same condition it was received in, within 14 days of delivery. Any requests outside of 14 days will not be processed. An exchange can be processed for the same value of the product or higher.
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org with photographic evidence.
Items must not be worn or used, and must not have any marks, damage, or wear and tear. Where a tag has been attached, an exchange will not be processed if this has been removed or if the item is deemed to be damaged by the customer themselves.
We are unable to refund or exchange custom or bespoke items, or items where an alteration has been requested. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure correct measurements have been taken and that the request is correct before placing the order.
Please note colours may vary slightly from images shown on the website due to the variance in screens and picture quality on different devices. Due to this we will not accept a refund or exchange if there is a slight colour variation.
Return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer and we advise doing so with a recorded and tracked delivery service as we are not liable for items missing in the post.
Please do not message on social media regarding exchanges as this may not be picked up and your exchange will not be processed.
